1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to BidMatrix (operated at https://bidmatrix.co.in). By accessing our website, uploading tender documents, or purchasing extraction credits or subscriptions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Nature of Service (Verification & Intelligence)
BidMatrix provides statutory tender intelligence, automated compliance matrix extraction, pre-qualification criteria analysis, and document requirement tracking for Indian public procurement (GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement portals, and private RFPs).
Human Review Advisory: While BidMatrix employs rigorous mathematical quote verification to validate every extracted clause against original PDF text, BidMatrix is an intelligence and productivity tool. The final legal responsibility for bid submission and statutory compliance rests entirely with the bidding entity. Unverified rows flagged in amber must always be reviewed manually against source documents.
3. Account Registration & Quotas
Users may access BidMatrix using authenticated Google accounts. Each new registered entity receives 200 free page credits. Subsequent evaluations are governed by our pay-as-you-go rates (₹15/page, min ₹299 floor) or recharge packs (Pro Recharge Pack ₹4,999 for 433 page credits; Enterprise Power Pack ₹9,999 for 1,000 page credits — page credits never expire).
4. Payments, Pricing & GST
All online payments are securely processed via Razorpay. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). B2B customers may provide their organization GSTIN to receive GST-compliant invoices for claiming Input Tax Credit (ITC).
5. Document Confidentiality & Data Ownership
You retain 100% ownership and copyright of all tender documents, proposals, and matrices generated in BidMatrix. Documents are stored in private encrypted storage buckets with Row Level Security (RLS) and are never sold, disclosed to competitors, or used to train public AI models.
