Your tender documents, RFP attachments, and extracted matrices are never used to train public or foundation AI models.
Row Level Security (RLS)
All database tables and private storage buckets are strictly locked down to your authenticated user ID.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Details: Email address and authentication tokens via Google OAuth.
- Tender Documents: Public and private tender RFP PDFs uploaded for compliance analysis.
- Organization Profile: Voluntary business details (e.g. Annual Turnover, MSME status, GSTIN) provided to automate Go/No-Go tender checks.
- Payment Records: Razorpay order identifiers and transaction status (we do not store credit card numbers).
2. How Your Documents Are Processed
Uploaded PDFs are transmitted directly via pre-signed HTTPS PUT URLs to encrypted Supabase Storage buckets. Text chunks are passed ephemerally to high-speed LLM inference endpoints solely for statutory clause extraction and mathematical verification.
3. Data Retention & Deletion
You retain complete control over your data. Deleting a tender from your dashboard immediately removes all associated compliance rows and records from our active database.
