70% Verification Assurance Guarantee
If an uploaded tender extraction results in less than 70% verified citations due to system error or parsing malfunction, we will gladly refund the tender credits to your balance or issue a full transaction refund upon request.
1. Pay-As-You-Go Extractions
For single-tender payments (linear page-based fee), charges are finalized only when the tender analysis successfully completes and the compliance matrix is made available for download. If processing encounters an irrecoverable server failure or corrupt document abort, you may request a free reprocessing credit or immediate monetary refund.
2. Monthly Pro Subscriptions
Monthly Pro subscriptions renew automatically on a 30-day billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Settings dashboard. Upon cancellation, your Pro benefits remain active until the end of your paid billing period.
3. Refund Processing Timelines
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days.
